Attentive staff. Great food. Portions are getting a little smaller but still a filling meal/good value

We go there before going to the Broadway Theater League shows at the Stanley. I love their pork and beans entree. They don't have it often, but when they do I usually order it. I love their bet salad and their greens are great. The last time I also had the fried meatballs. They were a little dry for my liking .

Visiting from out of state. A few locals recommended it to us. Made reservations same day. It's located right next door to the Stanley theater. Sat at a high top near the bar. Greg was our server and bartender. His choices were home runs and drinks were awesome. Had an old fashioned and wife had a spicy watermelon (something) both were great! Went with Greg's choice of the daily special spicy creamy shrimp. Had a creamy pasta sauce with some chorizo sausage and shrimp over penne. It was awesome! For desert we had crepes and creme brulee also recommended by Greg. They were perfect! By the time we left the front patio was packed and no open tables outside! Great service, great food! Dinner for two, with drinks, and desert just over $100. Definitely worth going!

We ate on the patio, and the bugs and flies were obnoxious! But there was great music playing in the background. The waiter was fantastic, checking on us frequently, and making great suggestions on beer. He was entertaining, and kept us laughing. I ordered the NY Strip Dreak, which was fantastic! It came with a big heaping serving of mashed potatoes. They were dry and flavorless, amd I wished it had come with some sort of gravy. But it was definitely worth the price! My friend had the Rack of Lamb, which she was very impressed with. The presentation was fantastic on that meal! She also ordered the Creme Brulee which was also delicious. Oh, and she ordered a side of gnocchi, which was fantastic!

Unfortunately, I have noticed that many people who use maps seem to think that they are communicating directly with the business they are looking up. This leads the automated system to ask us to help answer the questions. The only way we can help is by actual knowledge, guess work, or by us calling the business they need help for. This, I feel is based on an erroneous idea that these sites are monitored by say the store, or the restaurant. The users of maps would be best suited for calling the business in question to get a direct and more accurate answer to their question. I have, on occasion seen the representative from the business respond to or maybe thank the person for provided comments. That is a smart business person making good use of their spare time.
