Do not bank with Bank of America. They charged me maintenance fees on a savings account after promising me they wouldn't. I then closed the account in retaliation and they charged me fees for closing it. Horrible bank full of horrible people. I am a veteran - they did this to me while I was on active duty orders. I am leaving bank of America and encouraging everyone else to do the same!

A thin dark haired teller was trashing talking a customer to a short gray haired teller. The customer walked away which is why they felt comfortable to act like school yard bullies against someone who offers them job security. Bank of America really is the worst bank, through and through.

As of January 2018, you can provide rolled change to deposit to your account with no fees. As for loose change, they're willing to count and sort it for you (since they have a machine now), but it will take several days to process.
