They have very bad service from Girls she had the curly hair , When I come I said hi she looks to me yeah what do you need , And when I left I said thank you she said nothing that’s not nice for the customer service they have to be nice they work with nice company !

I have been dealing with you guys for the past 3 years. Th guys in there were treating the customers very nicely til the past few months. You guys been giving me the wrong parts. Plus, the way you guys deal with your customers is unprofessional. Yelling at the customer and making them wait for an hour when it’s not busy at all. There is no need for all that bogus service. Since the past month I have been ordering my parts from some other stories in the area. I used to tell all my customers about how professional and very welcoming you guys are, but from now on I’m tell all my customers to not deal with you guys at all. Additionally to that, even some of my customers are complaining about how bogus the service is. All we need from you guys is a friendly service and professional dealing with your customer. Keep in mind. Your customer are you key to succeed.

From the minute I walked in, the young man behind the counter was very professional and courteous and helpful. I was told that they would have a rear window windshield wiper for my Chevy Equinox and they did. He treated me with respect and courtesy and even installed the rear wiper without me having to go out there while I was signing up for their rewards card. He was quick too and did a good job. I highly recommend them.
