I waited 15 minutes and not a single person acknowledged me or any of the customers in the store and the Shift Manager Jacky just looked through us like she didn't even see us. I'm a Shift manager at Taco Bell and Arby's customer service was very very poor. I would have fired any team members that don't acknowledge customers when they walk through the door. I guess that why we get $50k plus weekly and Arby's don't

When I left the casino at Cherokee I stopped into Arby's and got me that Ruben's sandwich oh my God is so good and they have the best beef and cheddar sandwich too great customer service place was clean good place to stop when you leave the casino

They had a line because they are one of 2 places with indoor dining next to a giant casino. Took some time but the food was fresh and perfect. 6 stars because they had inside dinning open.

Sign on door said be patient that they are short staffed. We got our food quickly. It was hot and fresh and delicious. The service was very friendly and efficient.
