I met up with a dear friend today at Adagio and we had a fantastic time! From the moment we walked in we were greeted enthusiastically by Mandy who took care of us over the next three hours. We enjoyed a well-paced tasting with Mandy, who walked us through the wine list and gave lots of great background information about each wine and the various processes used to create them. Each generous pour was better than the last! The best part was not feeling overwhelmed or rushed and I really enjoyed the little treats that paired with some of the wines (you've GOT to try the pimento cheese!). At the end of the tasting we were invited to sit on the porch and enjoy a bottle of wine with the picnic snacks we brought with us. Mandy set everything up and checked on us throughout the afternoon to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't stress enough how the inviting atmosphere of this winery added to the experience. As someone who knows very little about wine, I felt welcomed and appreciated throughout the experience. The wines were delicious and the tasting helped me expand my palette. My friend and I left with several bottles to tie us over until our next visit, which will no doubt be very soon!

We had a great time! Mandy shared her knowledge of wine tasting, very personable and enjoyable. The tasting room is very comfortable and wines are great tasting too! They encourage you to bring munchies or a picnic lunch to enjoy with your wine. I highly recommend this vineyard and will definitely return.

A perfect tasting. Mandy took the time to give us details on each wine. We loved each wine we tasted even though we don’t usually like dry wines. We plan to go back often.
