The customer service has taken a nose dive in the past few months. A new male teller is now there who is rude, makes it obvious he doesn't want to help anyone and his body language and tone let you know you are inconveniencing him. Always just standing around and directs you to someone else, even if you have to wait. Limited hours, closures and a burnt out staff are causing most people to leave. PNC also needs a drive through facility closer than Lansdale (10 miles) I'm ready to go elsewhere. Tired of parking my car, going inside, only to be treated like an inconvenience.

Don't waste your time with the grocery store branches. This is not a full bank and they are not trained or equipped like a real branch. Employees and managers are not able to do much in the way of helping with accounts and try to push credit cards, mortgages etc. Do not trust the grocery store branch with your hard earned money.
