I have been waiting in line for more then 15 mins, and i am the car behind the window. There was no line prior to come here. there is absolutely no reason for the workers to be talking to the car for more than 5 minutes. People got places to be, this is supposed to be a fast service but everytime I come here they take FOREVER! By the time i get my drink it’s already melted bc of how long they talk to people in the window. Speed it up, this isn’t a sit down coffee shop where you can talk the customers ear off.

I stopped by on my birthday this last week and the girl who took my order was rude, the people at the window were delightful though but my drink was absolutely wrong. I was on my way to an appt. And when I finally drank it it was a bummer: no creme de menth flavor and It was even the wrong color! Since I order it with white coffee if it's made right its green.
