I LOVE using this service and have only had excellent experiences. But that’s always in the afternoon. On this, my 8:50 appt, it was another story. I arrived early only to find 12–15 people waiting. One guy was working alone while a woman sat behind him in the booth. He was rushing, but there was no way he could handle the volume with 10 min slots. It took over 30 min to be seen-and longer for the doctor. Guy had SO many antigen tests just waiting to be recorded. Don’t go in the mornings!!

The anaheim location is awesome! The line go on very fast. I didnt know we need to do the televisit prior to the swap, so it takes me about 15 mins to get it done. Usually 15 mins is not a big problem, but I was on schedule to get back to work, so I was impatient. But it went very fast! I'm very pleased with the services! The girl who is working there is very helpful. She assisted me how to get thing done quickly.

I had a great experience today getting tested at the Anaheim Location. I had no wait and got my Rapid Antigen test in 15 minutes! Alvina conducted my test and she was really wonderful! She was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely will be recommending my family and friends come there for their testing needs.

The young lady who assisted was very nice and accommodating. I was worried about getting results for my flight the next day but she guided me through the steps including ID verification interview. I received my results soon after as posted. Communication was all done wirelessly.
