Hadn't come in here in a while and thought I would try them again and come in for a trim. Told her to take off an inch and keep it on an angle. Instead she chopped off 3 inches and straight as a board. Now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix it while I wait a few months for it to grow out. Not sure why I paid for this.... I could have had a random stranger do haircut this bad for free.

Anna was a excellent cosmetologist with great manners and a personality that will keep me coming back. The last few haircuts I have had in the area made me cut my own hair for awhile but thanks to this experience I will be getting my hair professionally done again.
