Extremely NOT happy my loved one there! The staff is vague and evasive. All staff knows NOTHING about anything. They hide the truth to cover their neglect. They don't give time to properly care for any of the patients there, especially to improve the health and well being of them to go home.

*Do Not Use This Facility For Your Loved One’s* My mother of 81yrs. Is still recovering from a stay here back in October 2020. They are a FOR-PROFIT organization, which means they are Under staffed & over-filled with patients. This site would not let me post pictures of the horrific daily practices. And they got away with it because of COVID19… because we were not allowed to enter and see our loved ones. When San Antonio Hospital told me they had transferred her to Villa Mesa for testing positive for COVID19, I read all the reviews… they weren’t good. When I mentioned this to Amber one of the workers there in admission she told me to disregard those reviews that they were a very good institution and “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT”! … Guess what? … She LIED! ****** if you don’t believe me check out their own employee reviews on indeed.com*******If the workers hate it there ….imagine how they treat our loved ones.

The lady in the front office @ today, 06/23/2021 is very rude especially once she sees you are black. I believe probably she not happy doing her job, hence, she has no reason to be on that desk which is the first point of call to the office. Her level of customer service expertise is zero. This is not her first time of been so rude. It's going to be very sad that after reading this review your office did not call her to order.

Absolutely the most incompetent facility I have ever seen! Horrible demeanor from the entry person. Nursing staff did not feed or provide any pain medications to my terminally ill mother for over 30 hours before she called me crying in pain and hungry. They don't even have her on the patient registry after 36 hours in the facility.
