This is my pharmacy and photo printing store. I have been using this since the store was constructed early this century and was 24 hours operation. Now the store has cut hours (both pharmacy and store) which is not my min concern. The pharmacy is usually understaffed most of the time and the wait times are sometimes long. The store checkouts are quite fast and good. The store staff, mainly the staff I encounter during photo print pickups are not very attentive. Recently, (May 2022), I printed a bunch of graduation prints, and when I took the enlargements and the 4x6 prints home, I found, in addition to my photos, there were 10 photos from some other order. I went back to the photo counter the next day pickup some more photos and to return this set of photos which were not my order, I was surprised at the casual way the photo counter person behaved about this error; apparently he seemed annoyed I brought this error to him and I could not give him the name of the person who gave me my photos earlier, with the error set of photos. Anyway, this person who was annoyed had the name tag 'Syed', I made it a point to remember the name as he was asking me about the previous person's name. Morale of my interaction, Walgreens does not care much about mishandling your personal photos given for printing, and does not take customer privacy seriously.

The pharmacy dept is always screwing up my scripts. I've been on same meds for years and they are just clueless when it comes time to do refills and new scripts. My doctor called in a script for me 1 week ago and it still hasn't "come in"

Price is higher than other Pharmacy Stores. Customer service is excellent. Manager Jhane is wonderful person, have a great experience! 5 stars for Store for general merchandise! But Worst experience with Pharmacy dept, I didn't get my medicine in time for because they sent request to my Dr for 90 day supply but I had 30 days Supply.. Unbelievable so cheap and this Medicines I wanted ASAP. Pharmacy dept don't deserve 1⃣ star!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Imagine speaking with a pharmacy tech, and while you're talking, the tech stands there staring down at their tattooed arm while scratching the arm. How much attention could the tech be providing me? And when the tech was called out for such rude behavior, the conversation became heated. Heated to the point whereas the tech refused to give/sell me the medicine, and calls the store security. and threatened to call the hired assassins, i.e. police. When security arrived, the tech took security to the back of the pharmacy to explain what happened; I guess. Thereafter, the store manager, a pharmacist and another tech assisted in clearing up the confusion about the cost of the prescription. Imagine having to pay 9x more of the cost than what the prescription originally cost. I needed an explanation for the exorbitant increase in the prescription cost, but the initial tech was too busy being distracted by the tattoos and scratching an itchy arm. Meanwhile, while speaking with the other three Walgreen employees, the initial tech could be heard in the back yelling and slamming/throwing things around. Imagine that!
