I usually only post positive reviews but this place was gross. This location is worn out and needs an update or a deep clean, some new furniture maybe. My room had mystery gunk on the table and the mini fridge was broken. I used the guest laundry which is complementary at other Hampton Inns and the dryer didn't dry my clothes so I had to keep feeding it quarters. The Desk Clerk could care less. I know everyone is understaffed right now but the staff here made sure to remind you of that constantly. I saw another guest ask the breakfast lady for water and she was super flustered and told him she was the only one here and she could only get him tap water and that he should go get it from the faucet of his room. He was already checked out, they literally have bottles of water behind the desk. He left frustrated. No one that works here wants to be here, at least that's the vibe. Ick, I'm sorry I came here, I won't be back.

Positive: Loved our room, enough space for the kids to run around and have fun. THe breakfast space is pretty nice too. Negative: The pool was too cold, poorly lit after dark and the pool's basketball hoops were missing.

I’ve never stayed at a worse Hampton Inn before. I arrived to a dirty room and my door was left open. Having the door open was scary and my kids freaked out and felt unsafe. Once inside we realized there was hair in the shower, no liners in the garbage cans, bedspreads falling out of the duvet, chips all over the floor, no shampoo, no washcloths. It was all gross. I figured it was probably a one time thing and I let the front desk know about the situation. I was staying two nights and made sure to let the morning staff know that I needed my room clean today. That afternoon, I arrived to a dirty room, yet again. I finally asked for a vacuum and cleaning supplies and I cleaned my room myself. I took out the garbages. I cleaned the shower. I refilled the towels and wiped down all the surfaces to MAKE SURE they were clean. Management should be embarrassed. It’s not just my room that was dirty and chaotic… in the two days and nights that I’ve been here, no one has vacuumed the hallways and no one has swept or mopped the entire downstairs or inside the elevators. ALL of the floors of this hotel are beyond dirty and gross. The doors to the rooms are also dirty and need to be scrubbed with some warm soapy water at the very minimum. I don’t know who is running this hotel but it seem like they don’t really care if the building is clean. I was under the impression that this is a one time mistake and they’re really sorry, BUT then I read all of the other reviews and now I realize that it’s a problem that management has had for months. Just know that this hotel is dirty and gross and has been like this for a few months at least. Management is aware that they have issues and they can’t figure it out either or else they don’t care. I am in disbelief at the price of this hotel compared to how gross it is and it’s amazing that there is no manager or anyone here I can voice my concerns to because they aren’t here on the weekends. Like, come on.

Positive: We liked the set up of the room. Negative: The staff on Saturday was not helpful or friendly. The pool was not as pictured online, it was very dark, all but one light was burned out, was not clean.

That, I do not know. But it is affordable, clean, and appears to be fairly new (within the past 10-15 years). But I'm also not a hotel specialist so my guess may be off. Definitely call to inquire on that one 😊
