Super clean, lots of stuff other then just video games. Great employees, possibly not enough of them. Good selection of everything. Samantha is super! Recently, I've had a very poor experience buying a game from this store. They recommended on the phone that I buy a game online for same-day delivery as I wasn't able to come into the store due to COVID exposure. The game didn't arrive on time, so I called into customer service to check in on the status. Since customer service wasn't able to find my order number, I ordered a second copy of the game. Ultimately, both copies did arrive, just not within the same-day delivery time frame. (disappointing, but that's ok) Now I can't seem to return the 2nd copy of the game. I've tried to return it in store, but they can't process the return and refund money back to my Paypal account for some reason. The customer service line was able to process the return and told me to drop it off in the store. Now the manager says that they can't accept that type of return, and I need to get a shipping label and ship the item myself. Just got off the phone with customer service again, and they have to escalate the issue for some reason in order to send me a shipping label. From the stores perspective, the manager that I spoke with today blamed the issue on their contracted customer service team. Fair enough, I can understand this being an issue that's somewhat out of your control. That being said, I'm still disappointed in the level of support that I've received from this location / manager. It would have been appreciated if they would have offered to help me figure out the shipping label issues with their customer service dept directly. At the same time, they haven't consistently maintained their posted store hours, so I've been turned away at the door 2-3 times already. All in all, just a poor customer service experience.

I called in looking to see if by any slim chance there were ps2 titles in ye olde used games bin, but had no luck. The fine gentleman who answered the phone had given me advice on how to track some titles down on the GameStop website. This employee went more above and beyond than that though, by informing me of some local comic and hobby shops that I wouldn't have otherwise found, as I am a newer resident to the area. I hope that he sees this review and knows that I really appreciated the recommendation. I had some great finds there, some that were non video game related as well!

Absolutely terrible staff condescending and yelling. All I needed was to ask for a better time to come back tomorrow since they closed early today. The employee’s recommendation was “come back before we close”, to put it in a civil manner.
