Workers are often aloof, uninformed and bias based on appearance. A good place to go if you want to be eerily watched by the ever "busy" staff as they talk amongst themselves about their opinions of other shoppers. Bad vibes and worse attitudes.

They're usually pretty good at giving out boxes to customers. I've done it myself a few times. As long as they have them to give they will do it.
