PNC Bank ATM

Just got off the phone with a person from this bank and she told me that my account was not prestigious or high-tier quality enough for reimbursement of ATM charges for using non-PNC ATMs. She definitely wanted to point out they do this for their high-tiered accounts; while trying to make me feel unimportant. I will make sure to close my accounts with PNC once I get back in town. Glad I learned this now. I almost made the mistake of closing my high-tier account at another bank to move to this PNC bank. This was their second chance at this same move. That will no longer be happening. Enough is enough. This bank needs to learn to not judge people through favoritism of their account tiers. I would've been a huge account for them!

Stopped in during my lunch break for a withdrawal, and there was only one teller assisting clients, and I had a few others in front of me. Ended up leaving because the wait time was ridiculous.
