9:06 pm Monday May 2,2022 attempted to place an order at the drive thur. I was asked if I could be helped . trying to place my order all I can hear back from the person on the head set is laughter and "What?, What? What? after the third time I said never mind clean out your ears and was promptly laughter at. Now this was a desperation stop because they have not gotten an order correct at night for I can't say how long. I will go hungry before I stop at this location ever again. This includes my breakfast stop almost every morning also

Ordered two original chicken sandwiches with extra extra mayo. What I got was two cold and dried out chicken sandwiches with hardly any mayo. Couldn't eat them. Was not about to run back there and get new ones. This isn't the first time I got dry cold food

I travel and visit many BK's. I honestly haven't had BK food this good in years. The employees here had high energy and positive attitudes all the way. Shout out to the staff in this location. I will be back.
