Escalating anything rarely gets results. I escalate equipment not working properly and get blank faces and shrug emojis. Or "that's day shifts problem". There is a cool kids club culture at this building where if you're a friend of the people wearing the vests you get treated better than others. This building doesn't like to do maintenance on the dock conveyors or de-stuffit machines allowing them to break down constantly making the work harder on the dock crew. They also don't fix the sprinklers which water frequently. In this drought, they should be fined.

Human Resource Department LGB7 at Amazon doesn't meet company standards. There was no solution for ethics concerns when I reported it. HRA Everardo Alcantar has failed to provide any help and cause an uncomfortable environment. Workplace mobbing was initiated by Andrea Magallanes were I was singled out and targeted. Beth Rothenberger the HR Manager provided no solutions and guidance for the issue. SR. Escalation Investigator Nathan B. made the case more frustrating and did not dive deep enough in the case. SR. Site leadership Mariana Desai while in the conference, was not understanding, then retaliated against me. As an Asian American, I was workplace mobbed by the Human Resource Department at LGB7 and robbed of my Area Manager Title. I would not recommend you going to Human Resources for help. I've been with Amazon for 4 Years.
