we generally can buy PC laptops that are around 9-10 years old or newer, it all depends on the condition, function, and full specs (hard drive, motherboard, RAM, processor speed and graphics card.) For a computer we would ask you to bring it to our West LA store on Saturday, or our downtown LA warehouse Tuesday-Friday for a brief evaluation so we can determine the current market value. Hi there -for this older model that does not power on at all, we would likely just be able to recycle it, we would probably not be able to pay for it unfortunately.

We are doing everything possible to keep our customers safe. We have implemented a "drop off and go" policy in our stores. Hi Ann-Louise - we do buy ipads with cracked screens, but it depends what generation. A first or 2nd gen iPad with a cracked screen is worth very little. A Mini, Air or Pro model will be worth more. A 3rd, 4th and 5th gen will be worth more as well. We would just need to evaluate the item including the generation, as well as the memory and carrier. Thanks!

Stickers bring the value down a bit, but not as much as cracks or large scratches.
