Save your time and never go to this store. Absolutely horrendous customer service! How they are still in business astonishes me. This place needs new managers and 100% more training for all of their employees. Customer satisfaction should be your number one priority. And if it isn’t, then this is not the business for you! Please fix it!

I have been to so many stories in my life but the Rain Bow on 2139 Hudson Road in St. Paul Minnesota had the most rude employees of customer service staff I had ever had to pay my money for keeping them in business. There is a lady in there that’s is the day time manager is rude with no customer service training at all. Why I was in that store she went off on two different customer telling them not to come back again. I got two things for my daughter that I wanted to exchange so I was trying to ask what to do but she was too good to talk to me and she just started yelling talking about you need to go on a line to ask questions. I don’t understand why she is a manager when you can not ask her a question. If can give zero star rating I will.

I dealt with Ihalm the manager and Abdi today and I literally couldn't believe the lack of customer service. I had a sensor left on my Capri pants came in the door with my pants no alarm went off. I showed her my credit card statement and I even purchased more items. She refused to take this sensor off and said i didn't buy the items there. I have never felt so humiliated, who will go thru all this drama for $10 shorts. I was visiting my mom in MN I don't live there. I will try and reach out to corporate as well this needs to stop, this entire store have to be trained on proper Customer Service
