They keep sending my mom home even though she is still sick

Worst hospital ever . They claim they busy come to find out they are chilling and chatting. Try to give you meds you're allergic to very rude. Will have you sitting there in waiting room for hours say they're packed but once you get to the back they're not packed at all just sitting on the computer laughing and chilling. Nobody does anything about it when you call the administrator. So we'll be calling the mayor and governor.

I would not recommend this hospital to anyone! I went in for a toothache which was causing eye pain and sharp migraines. When I went in I was the only 1 in the waiting room and sat there for an hour and a half before being called back..mind you they were not busy whatsoever! The nurse was very rude and uncaring and the doctor had terrible bedside manners. Dr. Doolittle literally stuck his finger in my gum and made it bleed to ask if that was the tooth that hurt! Well obviously it was bc it was broke off in the gum on the nerve. Then he immediately left the room after cutting me off while I was explaining the pain and came back in to try and give me an anti-inflammatory that I am allergic too and once I reminded him he pretty much said you'll be fine and left me in worse pain and sent me home. I have called the hospital administrator and left voicemail after voicemail and no one seems to want to address the situation. I would NOT go back to that hospital if my life depended on it they will honestly walk the halls and giggle and talk like little school girls and leave you for dead.

I am in the hospital now recovering from.knee replacement surgery. Every single person working here has been so kind and. Their response time is fantastic. Hopefully I will never have to be hospitalized again but if I am this is where I would prefer to go. I am 100% sure I would receive the best care and attention here over any other place.
