They don’t stand by their work, they’re offering to hire inexperienced people (which I get, everyone’s hiring and you need to get experience somehow) however they’re not being accountable. They did a standard oil change on my car and said my oil pan was leaking and need replaced, I looked myself and found no leak. That was a few months ago and there’s still no leak. While that irritated me it wasn’t a big deal. Last month my father took his truck for oil change and when they rotated the tires they over torqued some lugs, others were barely torqued. My father lost a wheel while driving and was skillful enough not end up in the river where this occurred. We had it towed here in hopes we could work something out and they admitted that the tech who worked on his truck is no longer there because his work was inadequate. If you’re willing to hire inexperienced techs then perhaps you have their worked checked before the vehicle leaves.

I was on my way to SLC and experienced car troubles. They were the only dealer in town open on a Saturday. They got me in super quick! These guys were top notch and extremely accommodating! A+ experience!
