Rude lady on the phone. Was not helpful. Very short. I was concerned about an old traffic ticket from 3 years agoI had lost track of and completely forgotten about as I was a new single mother and moving to AZ. Only reason I even knew about the ticket was bc I was trying to renew my vehicle and I was unable to. I asked her about how I can get it reduced or any fees taken off since I didn't receive anything in the mail about the ticket or missing payments or anything and she very rudely said "that's not anything I can help you with. We don't send anything in the mail. It's your responsibility" which is fine I get that it is my responsibility but she was very rude about it and didn't offer any help or suggestions.

Go to the Clerks office. It's the same place you are at when you go to court. You might have to fill out some paperwork, they always have paperwork. Is it in Payson or Globe?
