I’ve been to Chick Norris twice now and both times have been blown away by the food each time. The owner Max is a chill dude with great tasting food. From this restaurant I have tried the Knuckle Sandwich, Chicken Balls, Golden Eggs, Knock Out Fries and as of recent the Donut Churros. The chicken is really good and I enjoy the different taste of being breaded in corn flakes instead of flour. Every chicken place out there does it the same so it’s good to see some variety. I have tried both the sauces and enjoyed both of them, though if you aren’t accustomed to spicy food do get the mild or Clucker Sauce as it’s called. The spicy version is referred to as Motherclucker Sauce The Knuckle Sandwich is a good sized tasty chicken sandwich and really stands out from others. It has a unique flavor and texture that distinguishes itself from other chicken places that make chicken sandwiches just because everyone else is it doing it. Chicken Balls are basically your chicken nuggets but with the same corn flake breading that this restaurant uses. However it differentiates itself by being a bit more crispy and tastes even better dipped in the sauces that are offered here. Now golden eggs are just another take on Mac & Cheese. The Golden eggs are breaded with Mac and Cheese inside of it. It’s a simple meal yet a flavorful one. Up next Knock Out Fries are Chick Norris’s take on Carne Asada Fries. Using their same chicken and sauce they created Knock Out fries. The fries are good and not too salty. It also has banana peppers which add good flavor to it. Last up are the Donut Churros. These are really good and have an excellent balance of sugar and cinnamon. This dessert taste good, and isn’t overly sugary like other spots. TL;DR : Good food and good service. If you’re thinking about eating here stop thinking and go get some. Will visit this spot more times in the future.

Good food. Great host. Owner, Max, is friendly and passionate business owner. He is proud of his shop and it shows in the quality of his food. He explained his menu with great details. Knuckle sandwich super crispy and season just right Chicken balls small and crispy. Fried Mac n' Cheese was our family favorite. Chicken wings very good with crispy skins. Tasty/Tangy BBQ Chipotle sauce with right amount of heat. Muther Clucker sauce way too hot Walls and floor clean. The seating area was bit warm. Place needs better air circulation. Temp outside was 85F in Norco. Don't know if the kitchen over head air was workly correctly. Maybe the AC. Wish the owner continued success. We will be back.

This place is quite amazing. We were greeted by the owner himself, and upon him recognizing that we were new, he introduced us to the menu and gave his personal recommendation. He gave us a free sample of the fries and drink we were interested in. Additionally, the pricing for the food is very very fair, and very affordable. Cheaper than In-N-Out and Chick-Fil-A. As for the food quality and taste, 10/10. And, mind you, I've had many restaurants. This has got to be one of the best. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
