Stopped by on a Tuesday. The only day they're not serving their full menu. But we will definitely make a trip back to Mavericks. The waitstaff and bartenders were all extremely friendly and like the atmosphere there. Can't wait to go back

This is definitely a unique and quirky little restaurant. Sometimes you have to wait your own table and keep track of your own bill... But that's just part of the awesome atmosphere. Also, the owner, bartender, and cook (who was all the same guy when we stopped by with a large group) came out periodically to tell our table some Ole & Lena and Sven jokes. There decor is eclectic but well maintained and not messy or cluttered, definitely enough to keep your eyes busy. You can build rockets and shoot them off in the backyard. Oh yeah, the food is good too. The environment really makes this place what it is!
