Worst customer service ever. Whoever is working the phones right now should honestly be fired. I called to ask if they sell the plastic part of the mustang key fob because I don’t need one reprogrammed. The girl at the front desk said “ no we don’t sell it” and then hung up on me instead of coming up with a better solution. The I tried to call back to maybe speak with someone who actually had half a brain but she picked it up and immediately hung up and then I tried a third time and was forwarded.
