Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the branch inside Meijer grocery in Bloomingdale. They will actually do what YOU want with YOUR bank account. What a joke. Would rate this branch 0 stars if it were possible (as would MANY others). US Bank, take note!!! You need new employees at this branch or close it down, they are only giving you a bad reputation! Never had any issue with the bank itself, just this branch. Thank you

Tried to say an check was not endorsed properly after a year of being deposited. Scam artist central here, and customer service is 0 help. The employees here pry into your account without consent. Horrible, horrible service everyone blames each other instead of resolving the issue. *Update to review: After being on the phone for 6 hours, a new story is presented by the branch manager Nicole. Once I confronted Nicole, over the phone along with US BANK customer service, I am told I am not welcome into the bank. Take your business elsewhere, these people here are scam artist. *UPDATE 07/26 after weeks of this I have not only yet to here back.THEY STOLE MY CHILD CARE TAX CREDIT. They have now frozen my grandmothers account (I’m on her account as emergency). They stole her social security check. They stole every penny she has. This bank is full of scam artist and thieves. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! DO NOT BANK HERE! Bbb

This branch always seems to disappoint. Latest was they will not accept coins for counting (was going to deposit) in a personal container (plastic jar in my case). The branch I normally use doesn't have a coin counter. Was told I had to come back with the coins in a ziplock bag. Like those will hold up to the weight and makes a difference.. No mention of this on their website. Put on some freakin' gloves.

It's no wonder the ratings for this location are at a low of 2.2. The employees are too incompetent and lazy to do their jobs. They told us that I cannot put cash money in 2 different checking accounts. Every time we go to this location the ladies take over 20 min for something so simple. Today they laughed while I waited, assuming because they were purposely taking too long because they actually had to work and were upset about it. Never go to this location!Hello Ashley.
