Asked for a decaf pour over since they weren’t brewing decaf anymore. Acted like it was a large inconvenience he could not accommodate. Then he tried to pull a fast one on me and gave me a decaf Americano instead at the hand off (which is bitter and why I don’t choose that option). Was remade. Now I’m wide awake when I should be sleeping, so thinking he gave me regular out of spite. Grrrr.

i don’t know how you manage to mess up a matcha latte this bad.....this is the only starbucks i’ve gone to that has given me a drink like this.

Generally good if you come in during the day. Nightshift crew is kinda clumsy. They put too much of everything. Had to throw this away today because it had way too much pumpkin spice to the point that it was bitter. Last time the coffee i ordered had more cream than the coffee.

Probably one of the worst experiences with Starbucks. Waiting to order today and she’s just standing there talking to her friend. I waited more paciently and she finally acknowledged me. I ordered my drink and she look and sounded very annoyed I was there. As I waited for my drink, she is talking to her friend and complaining about work while swearing up a storm. No smiles or “thank you”. Sad experience:( sorry Faith you let me down.
