I was with PNC for a long time and was very happy with the Danville branch. In the few occasions I went into the branch everyone was helpful and polite. I ended up switching banks because my credit union had a promotion with great rates if you moved your accounts to them. Even as I was closing my account this branch's staff went out of there way to make sure the process went smoothly and I was happy. I would recommend this branch.
