Just ordered, or is busy so we waited at their drive thru waiting area. They brought the wrong order then when they brought the right one, came with no fries. Gave the receipt to the employee but he lost it and wanted to charge us more for fries. Cristian Romero is the one who wanted to charge us more

The McDonald's in Westchester on Roosevelt Rd for their breakfast rush is ridiculous. Every time going through the drive thru there's never anyone there to take your order . You are trying to start your day and get to work and you have to wait for someone else to take their job seriously.

I’ve gone to this store twice and both times I’ve had a terrible experience. The first time I ordered a coffee and a frappe and was asked to park to wait for my frappe. I waited 10 minutes thinking that the wait was long because they had a long line of cars. But I waited 5 more minutes. And when there were no cars in the line reversed my vehicle back to window and they had my frappe sitting on the counter. And since EVERYONE deserves a second chance! the second time I ordered through DoorDash and I didn’t receive a Big Mac meal and I had ordered 3 French vanilla iced coffee with extra cream and received the coffee with no flavor and no cream. Safe to say that the service is terrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It’s the worse

We have 2 McDonald's in Lockport and I usually make the extra drive to go to the one by 355. It was awful! No one around and waited 5 minutes for someone to answer drive through. When I pulled up to the window it was obvious that working was secondary to the fun going on. The young man was rude. I then had to wait another 5 minutes for a small order of food. When I got home, my husband started eating his Double burger, only to find it completely pink and disgusting. This was last Thursday 1/20 around 8:45pm. Ridiculous. I'm sure the owner would love this! I'm going to the other one by the Ace Hardware from now on. They may be slower but they aren't rude nor give raw food.
