Can be long waits but staff is always helpful

Naomi who is I believe the manager? Has to be the worst manager I have ever seen. She will ask you how she can help you while their is ten people waiting. Even heard a little ole lady say "yes you can, get behind the counter" and she does not. She will also give you 800-1200 in 20s and 10s 5s if you are not a "customer" the other staff are amazing. I will never get an account with Bank of America just for hiring someone so narrow minded. Never again!

You need an appointment since the pandemic start, you can schedule one thru the BofA website
