update: Monday, July 25, 2022 The best thing about this KFC is the employees. I had a couple of special request and they took good care of me. Friendly and helpful! Then let’s talk about the food. One of the items I ordered was a chicken pot pie. That gets -1 stars! Sad and miserable. You might as well get a Banquet chicken pot pie for 1/4 the price! KFC pot pie was all crust, very little filling in for almost 5 dollars it was tiny! I asked for my chicken to be dropped fresh and they did. By the time I got home most of the pieces were still so hot I could hardly hold them. That’s the way it should be all the time! But the chicken itself is not good. It’s not the same chicken that I grew up with a few decades back. They have change the recipe/method of cooking. Colonel Sanders would be so sad. If they don’t roll the recipe back to what it used to be, they will be losing business. Ending on a happy note, the dining room is open and it’s been recently remodeled. Nice clean look! ————————- Good and bad tonight! I ordered their new item… Beyond chicken nuggets. I also ordered the chicken sandwich which was free with an order over $12. I asked for everything to be cooked hot and fresh. That meant I had to wait about 15 minutes which was no problem. I will gladly wait for hot food. The good… The chicken sandwich! Huge crunchy chicken breast still hot when I got home on a soft roll. Very tasty. If I can duplicate that, I will order it again. The bad… The beyond chicken nuggets! I cannot recommend them at all. Tough, rubbery and chewy. Nice try KFC. My prediction is they will not last long on the menu. Stick with something you know… Fried chicken! By the way, great employees at this location.

Got the wrong chicken thighs ordered regular got extra picy family didn't like them was way to crispy over cooked.called but nothing got done to resolve. We were S O L.

They've had no dine in option for the past two years, the service is not the best nor the worst but now that everything is so much more costly I would recommend going to another location or go into another restaurant. They got mad because I didn't use a card and they "had to get change" It's been two years I maybe would think they had gotten used to the new type of service, but no.
