Very disappointed for the lack of communication from management about the waiting time (1 hour) and nobody notified me about the scheduling two burials next to each other and at the same time. The general manager was at hand and he didn’t bother to come and talked to us. Also nobody mentioned anything about the flowers we’re not been left on top of the grave. We could it taken them home or donated to the church. Oak hill Managment and directors should be more approachable so and communicate to your clients

The day of my dad's Celebration of Life was so heartwarming because of the 2 gentlemen team who help my family set up the pictures of my dad, set up the floral arrangements in the Chapel of Roses; they also set up the floral arrangements and pictures at my dad's resting place. I know one gentlemen is Eric but I truly forgot the other gentlemen's name. They are so sensitive to your needs, very helpful and super professional. They deserve a bonus.

We can’t thank Oak Hill enough for the coordination for my sisters services. We selected chapel of the roses and it was so beautiful the way they provided a table for us to set up photos and candles and the flower arrangements. There was not a lot of time to coordinate the services for the music and the Reverend and all that we’re speaking. But somehow it just flowed so beautifully. Thank you again to Oak Hill and all the people that were involved to make this a special day for me and my family.

Oak Hill Memorial Park grounds staff set up tents over the burial site if the service is to take place out in one of the burial gardens. Also, Oak Hill family service staff may provide family members with shuttle rides to the burial site, from the office and back. And of course, umbrellas. If the family so request, they may even avail of the use of a private room , where to have a reception for their members and friends. As long as the family call ahead, Oak Hill can provide as much facilities and care to the family, to ensure that the inclement weather does not dampen the burial services any more than is bearable.
