Whether you’re a customer or someone looking to work here… RUN FAR and don’t look back. I am warning you that this place is terrible. The staff is rude and the managers are incompetent. The way they handle situations is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. On top of that, wait times are endless! I am a patient who has been coming here since 2019 for both ortho and general. I really wish I had stopped coming here after the first incident but I am a patient person and came here for convenience since I didn’t want to have to move all my medical history to a different location. Oh boy how I regret it. Please take this as an honest review and warning to not ever considering coming here or any Western Dentals.

Western Dental, W. Century Blvd, Inglewood to be exact. My first day there was very welcoming. The 2nd day was absolutely fun. Great staff!

This Dental office is full of unprofessional sour Attitude women who should know how to greet people with a Smile, Speak in a manner of skills & professionalism instead of an Attitude I had a very bad toothache, they scheduled me for an appointment 2weeks later ..arrived at that appointment to find out they should of scheduled me to see a surgeon and here we are another two weeks later and I'm calling in to make sure we are on the same Accord this time . I can't even speak with a Manager or supervisor they're never there this So Tacky. ...MAN THIS OFFICE NEEDS A Make Over.and a whole New staff .And Training..I guess it's in all in who you Know to get a Job here ..NO SKILLS NEEDED

I honestly had a good experience, the lady’s at the front desc are nice and attentive, the doctors are very professional specially the kids doctor she is really good with kids, and the orthodontist she is very nice too. The only thing is that if your kids or you need braces look somewhere else cuz theirs is double than other places and I wished I knew that sooner.
