30Mar Denver union station to Glenwood Springs is delay over 2 hours and return got cancelled bus without notice on 1Apr. We are so crazy and looking other optional like bustang back to Denver on 1Apr !! I thought Greyhound is famous brand name in USA. try contact call center to request full refund. they said can't help and need contact in website. it's like talking to ocean and let's see what happen next!
