Great barbecue chicken for a decent price. Make sure you arrive early due to its popularity. You may have to wait but it will be worth it in the end.

Best BBQ chicken with their "special sauce". Get there early before they run out and don't be surprised if you have to stand in line to wait for yours, its worth it!

My absolute favorite chicken spot! I see Greenwood Chicken as something of a hidden gem that most people from out of state wouldn’t know about. I’ve only been coming here for the last few years but plan on returning for years to come. It’s a basic menu but you already know what you’re getting when you show up. The platter is comprised of your choice of chicken half or quarters, then the rest is the same: handful of sliced pickles, roll, flavor choice of chips. There is a small drink selection and a vending machine. I absolutely love the “sauce” that is in water bottles on ice. I usually use an abundance of it for my chicken. Edit: Not to mention the proceeds go toward the local Greenwood fire company which also gives it a great cause!
