This location is so bad, the Indian guy working when I went was just down right rude after he couldn't communicate information effectively. There's better UPS locations nearby to drop things off. Would not recommend.

Best shipping place around. PERIOD! The lady is so nice and always goes out of her way to help in any way she can. I have gone to other UPS stores and I always end up with packing or shipping issues. Take my advice and make sure you come to this store. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!!

Owner is quite rude in that she does not honor assistance on a first-come basis and frequently do not keep store hours as posted. We have a mailbox there for our HOA and they routinely return or lose mail. We did not have any of these issue with the previous owner and there are several other UPS stores in the area. We have stopped doing our business here and would strongly suggest doing business with other UPS stores.

I totally validate the negative reviews of this store. SOLUTION to the horrible service (woman) here...Go to the FABULOUS store in Hanover Park in the shopping center at the Southeast corner of County Farm & Army Trail. We'll worth the drive! GREAT customer service...NICE people and efficient!
