These apartments are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Never had any issues. If you see a bad review honestly it’s because they were shady people to begin with. Whenever I needed help with something the property manager was quick to fix the issue or help me out any way he could. Work order can take a while at certain times. Like when a bunch of apartments were getting turned over but that I completely understandable. If your looking for a great place to live with a compassionate property manager then this is your place!

I’ve lived her for two & a half years with my mom. We’ve had mold growing in our window AC unit & they didn’t even bother to buy a new one but instead replaced it with another unit from another apartment. The rugs were poorly put in, the wall plugs were painted over as well as the cable things. Smells like mold all over. Now I’ve got a newborn baby here & I can’t even afford to live anywhere else but as the duties of an apartment manager, there should be frequent check ins for AC units to be inspected, washer / dryer to be cleaned out, etc. The dumpsters get emptied when needed which is good but the parking is the worst.

COCKROACH INFESTATION. Also not enough parking for everyone by a long shot.

Lived here for a year and it was one of the worst experiences. First complaint is that the apartments are set up horribly, you have windows to your apartment exposed to the parking lots and people being rude running their vehicles and sitting there with their exhaust coming right into your open window. Management does not care about the cleanliness of the exterior of the apartments, trash everywhere! Absolutely horrible parking, there isn’t enough parking for everyone who lives there. Again there is no community standards with how loud people are in the parking lots in the morning or night. Cheap apartments but a complete headache and not somewhere I would ever recommend even to my enemy.

Questions & Answers

How many units in total?

Too many causing zero parking. Either get home early or prepare to park in a fire lane. The rich POS that owns it is now building more apartments on the property instead of parking.
