Back in March I took my niece's iPhone 6s in to have the LCD and touchscreen replaced. Keavin took great care of me, explaining my options and warranty beforehand. The repair was only $60 and it was completed in a couple of hours. The phone worked fine up until a week ago when it appeared to die completely. I took the phone back to see if perhaps the LCD had failed. Jordan took the phone in, checked it out, and installed a new LCD under warranty, again in only 2 hours! No charge, just good friendly, honest service. I will never go anywhere else but D&R, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing honest cell phone repair at a decent price! Great local business!

Professional, fast, and honest place. They quickly replaced the broken screen on my mother's iPhone 6S +. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, I actually had to ask to buy a phone case, and put on a tempered glass protector, which I preferred rather than being pressured into buying anything extra. I was going to get the phone case and screen protector through Amazon, but I was happy to support this local business! Very reasonably priced, they also have a good warranty for the new screen and glass protector. Very cool in store display case with broken phones and glass, thanks!

BEST cell phone repair experience! I’ve had to deal with cell phone repair kiosks at the mall before and it was a nightmare. D&R has friendly and polite service, is fast, reasonably priced, with a clean facility. They fixed my son’s iPhone 7 Plus shattered screen and dead screen pixels in less than an hour.
