Friendly staff, have a lot of trees 🌳 shade, kids, pet friendly but no playground 🛝. They have a swimming pool. The restroom is a high mess, and they need to upgrade it and clean it up. They do two weeks, and you must move back to stay longer. Monthly spots had a long waiting list.

We stayed at Park Delta Bay for six months in a 40 foot motor home. Our dogs enjoyed running in the corn fields. There was a short ride to San Francisco and Sacramento. Living on the California Delta was a wonderful experience. The local town of Rio Vista has everything a person could want or need. The park itself was very quiet. Candice and her staff take great care or the park and there residence. We will definitely be back at Park Delta Bay.

We stayed 6 months while working in California. The park is quiet and the residents are friendly. The staff are amazing and are some of the hardest working people we've come across. The park is on the water and has boat slips and rent kayaks. The campground is clean and well maintained. They have a small laundry room with 4 washers and dryers. The washer are a $1.50 and the dryers are free. The meeting room was closed due to Covid but had a kitchen, tv, and a pool table. The pool is great in the summer.

I want to preface this review with the fact I’m not a visitor to this park, but rather I live here and have since June of 2019. I can’t speak to the vacationer rates or ease of planning (although knowing the staff, I imagine it’s very accommodating). Park Delta Bay is located on the San Joaquin River a few miles from where the Sacramento River meets it to spill into the San Francisco Bay. It would be an understatement to call this area “beautiful.” It’s truly the most peaceful and serene place I’ve lived. The park itself rests behind a levee which separates it from the river, and a quick 15 second walk gives access to fishing, boating, birdwatching or taking in the sunset (which is unlike anywhere I’ve been as well.) In the summer months, this place truly shines. A lush, old-growth tree canopy blankets the majority of the park and, in conjunction with the delta winds, truly keeps the temperature comfortable, even on the hottest summer days (although on the river itself, it can get toasty!) The park amenities are the best you’ll find along the Delta. The park offers a clean pool in the summer months, a large recreation room with comfortable seating, television, a full kitchen, and an open (but modest) library, tennis courts, ice/propane/firewood for purchase, clean showers and bathrooms, and a general store for food/beer/souvenirs/nick-nacks at the adjoining marina. The park is always clean and well kept. I challenge anybody visiting to find a piece of trash or un-mowed spot anywhere in the park. The staff members are awesome. They bend over backward to accommodate or assist anytime people need anything. They’re all polite and very friendly. If I were recommending a place to vacation or summer to friends and family, I wouldn’t hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Park Delta Bay. I couldn’t be happier with where I get to live.

The sites were pretty open. I am not sure of availability for 12 RVs. I believe they're only equipped for the bigger RVs in the very front. I would definitely check though it was nice quiet away from everybody but close enough to civilization. Closest place to go for shopping would have been Walmart in Lodi I believe it was closer than going to Rio Vista. Nice pool nice people laundry and quiet not a lot of children. Have a great time Good luck
