Awful bank and company. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years, should’ve left long ago but was always too lazy to change all my automatic payments. Recently my wife found a letter I nearly missed that said if I don’t reply in 30 days they’ll close my accounts and give my money away to the state, due to account inactivity. I have monthly direct deposits, monthly transfers and many auto billpays running through the accounts, and yet somehow I’m not an “active customer”. Several us bank reps recommended I use their debit card every month to avoid this happening again (does anyone with an ounce of financial sense use a debit card!?!). This is the last straw for me. After my next mortgage payment processes, I am leaving us bank for good and you should too. I am even more excited to cease my business with them than I was cancelling Comcast. F&@k US Bank.

Can I pay off my Simple Loan early?

Yes, you can pay off your loan faster by paying more than the minimum amount due, but it won't reduce the fees you owe. There's no pre-payment penalty for paying the loan off early.
