Their atm eats your cash and then they take 2 weeks to give you any answers. But the employees are great. The bank just sucks.Hello, Shirley. I'm sorry our ATM malfunctioned on you. Electronic funds transfers are governed by Regulation E. As a financial institution, U.S. Bank is required to respond to Reg. E claims within 10 business days of receiving notification from the customer. Claim investigations may take up to 45 calendar days in some cases. When an investigation has not been closed within 10 business days, provisional credit of the disputed amount is applied on the 11th business day. I hope that helps explain our process. Very sad by the way my daughter was treated by the branch manager Tony and lady working in drive thu Paula. All she wanted to do was deposit cash. And they treated her like she was stealing money.
