They were the only one with the largest size uhaul available, so we drove a little bit out of our way to get there. Price seemed fair. It's at a gas station, and not the most glamorous building, but the attendant was nice and helpful.

My boyfriend and I rented a 10’ truck on Saturday around 3:45 for the 24/7 truck share set to pick up at 9:30pm. Our plan was to pick the truck up and drive to Garden City that night however that didn’t work out. When we arrived it was nothing but problems. First of all it’s a sketchy place and definitely did not feel safe being there. Once we arrived we started the verification process and that’s where it continued to get worse. We arrived at the specific time but it wouldn’t allow us to start the pick up process. After 30 minutes we finally got a hold of customer service so she changed our pick up time to later on that night and it worked!! BUT here’s the kicker, THIS PLACE NEVER HAD A TRUCK ACTUALLY SET UP TO RENT OUT FOR THE TRUCK SHARE OPTION. Horrible horrible service. I definitely recommend the U-Haul off of Douglas. The process went much smoother. So after losing almost 2 hours at this horrible place we couldn’t leave that night which cut into our rental time. If you want a reliable place you definitely don’t want to waste your time nor your money at this business.
