Good price, but wasn’t worth two of my wheels being scratched. The front desk guys were super nice, but I can see why they put the installer in the back where he can’t talk to many people. He was the stereotypical garage mechanic, pretty rude.

A lug nut got stripped while changing my tires, afew months ago. Because my car had over 100,000 miles they were not responsible, I have no problem with that. My issue is how unprofessionally they told it was not there problem and to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. I would be cautious when leaving a car with Costco tire center. They are only responsible for the new parts they put on your car not the ones they need to remove to put those new parts on. Oddly enough I left this review when it happened and for some reason it has been removed from google.

Online purchase was easy. Bought 4 BF Goodrich tires with the $110 discount. First time buying tires online and was anxious about them not fitting properly. Luckily, tires fit and the shipping/delivery was on time. What I didn't know was that Costco doesn't finalize the transaction until the item ships, which took a week! Other than that..thank you Costco!! Money well spent.
