Fantastic place that's really convenient and easy to get to! I purchased my first car here on 7/16/22 with the help of Steven who was amazing in explaining all of the details and amenities of the car, as well as the purchasing process. Staff is very friendly and I was offered water while paperwork was being processed. Aris and the financial team are easy to work with and each step along the way, they make sure you're a happy customer. They communicate well with you and are flexible and understanding. I just returned today (8/5/22) to get my license plates put on and Steven was still so welcoming!! He is so patient and answered all of my questions and helped me adjust settings in my car (as well as put on the plates). I am excited to return here and would recommend to anyone to purchase a car from this location! :)

Simi Valley Toyota is The best Toyota dealership ever . I used to go to Northridge Toyota☹️ (the worse Toyota dealership in SFV) before and they are very bad compare to Simi Valley Toyota. Simi Valley is far from my house but after having service for my car only one time I only come here for service or buying cars . I also got another Toyota because of their service . Simi Valley Toyota staffs are very nice , warm and super polite people that shows they are educated for sure. their services are amazing they also charge very reasonable amounts. Hope they get award for their dealership because of their service . The other dealerships should benchmark from this place that how great they are . I already recommended them to all of my friends and family . Thank you Simi Valley Toyota 🙏🏻

Joe, Austin and Paul were all a really great help! Most dealerships wouldn’t let you even touch the vehicle without even paying for the this particular car. Without hesitation they let me test drive the car I wanted and I ended up loving it! The team did all they could to get me the best deal in town!
