They sell old batteries and say they are new. They have no record of me even purchasing a battery from them one year ago. The sticker is on the battery. They claim this wasn’t the battery that was sold to me????!!!! I’ve been calling corporate for over a month with zero call back. Store manager was rude and condescending to me also. Something weird os going on…..,do not buy from them and if you do make sure you are actually getting a new battery. I want a full refund for all this b.s.

Tried to buy a car battery for pickup in-store. Put in my card information, my card was charged, but never received a confirmation screen or email. Called both the store I was picking up at and (this) corporate office and they could do nothing but say that my money should be returned to me in two days. No attempt to do better or keep the sale. Now, I'll have to wait two days to fix my car because of a website malfunction. Don't buy online - just call the store.

This isn't a store but these folks were very friendly & helpful.

Took my working iPhone 6s+ into the Lehi Utah store for a simple battery replacement. Phone was completely functional prior to taking it in, the battery just wasn't lasting as long as it used to. I pick up the phone and he indicated that the repair did not go well. It didn't appear to hold a charge. He mentioned that I could take it home and see if it would charge up over the weekend. I took the phone home and it would not take a charge, it would not connect to iTunes, basically it seemed like the port no longer worked. I took the phone back into them on Monday to give them the update and see what they were going to do. We sat down and had a very heated conversation as he said that he couldn't take my word that it was working before the repair, that I was likely trying to scam him. Despite the fact that they did an intake test that showed everything working on the phone including that it took a 1% charge before they took it off the charger to replace the battery. "I'm not calling you a liar, but I can't trust anything any customer tells me", that was his mantra. I'm not calling you a liar, but you're a liar. He refused to put the old battery back in to test and see if that worked. He refused to do any additional work on it saying that he already tried 3 different batteries and he also tried replacing the port. His only response was to send me off to someone else to repair the phone at whatever cost they incurred. Or he could give me a refund for the repair and ignore the fact that he broke my perfectly working phone that simply needed a battery replacement. DO NOT use Batteries Plus for anything. They are clearly not competent to do the work, and they will refuse to accept any responsibility for the damage they cause in the process.

I'm sorry you had such an experience! What was it that made the experience so terrible?
Not at the corporate office. The nearest location would be in Pewaukee off of Grandview
