Well not sure what happened to Papa John's anymore today I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni should have called it Oil pan it' was behond greasy Im saddened that they make worst pizza now

We ordered a pizza in the middle of the week, not on a busy night. The delivery was late and the pizza had cooled off. We received an email that included an opportunity to rate our experience. We completed the questions and stated that we wanted the manager to contact us. We did not hear anything. A few days later, the home office contacted us and asked if we had heard from the local store. We said no and that we still wanted to be contacted. A week has gone by and no contact.. it seems like they don't care. We will not be back

The crust isn't garliky like I LOVE! AND THE PIZZA ITS SELF IS A BIT TO HOT... I know it's so it'll be hot when I get it at home but it's a bit excessive... But other then that the pizza its self is pretty good... I don't like one of their delivery drivers about a month ago he was blocking my parking spot and I honked my horn he came out with a nasty attitude flipped me off. Pizza was delicious though that particular evening.... So hit and miss can't win it all.Thank you for your review.
