Worst service ever. Were supposed to receive a call pre-delivery since it was being delivered to our wedding location and we wanted to be sure someone would be there to open the gate. They arrived at 6:45am, unannounced. Neither the porta potty or hand wash station were ready for use. There was no water in either and no plug for the hand wash station. The driver said he would be right back - never came back. It took 4 calls before someone actually placed a repair order. Once again we were supposed to receive a call as to when they would be coming - no call - service person showed up at 7:00am. Filled the porta potty and replaced the hand wash station and filled it. The hand wash station didn't work at all. Pick up was supposed to be the following Monday, 8/9 and it wasn't picked up until Thursday 8/12 - again no courtesy call given to let us know he window of time. There was zero consideration for our time and for the fact that someone had to wait around for them. I called to get credit for the hand wash station and was told I would receive a credit of approximately $190 for the unit and that it would take 7-10 days to show up. It has no been two full weeks and no credit. I feel so bad for the customer service girls who have such unreliable support from their service team. They were genuinely apologetic and felt awful for the service we didn't receive. They were the ONLY decent part of our experience with Honey Bucket Sana Rosa. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have been using Honey Bucket for the past 2 years or so every 2-3 months. When I called today to get serviced they let me know the price DOUBLED from $100 to $200. Their excuse was that they hadn't raised the prices in a few years. Absolutely ridiculous considering so many people are now forced to live in trailers due to fires/home losses in Sonoma County. I will be sure not to support this company. Also, just be aware that if you request a specific time, they likely "will not see the note." This makes it great when there is zero accountability on their end and you are forced to miss work due to their difficulty with finding your property. I will say that I was helped by a very kind person on the phone and they called to let me know about the price increases.

We were told the Honey Bucket would be picked up a week and a half ago. Have been calling daily for the past 6 days and we continually are told its being picked up the day we call. All the office can do is put in a request to dispatch. Not happy with the retrieval process at all.
