The Philly Cheese steak pizza was phenomenal! Hot and ready, and full of flavor when I got there.

They left me on hold long enough to drive there in person. Then when I got there they ignored me and informed me before I even placed my order that there would be at least a 30 minute wait. I decided not to order because I remembered the last time I was there we waited forever and ended up with a burnt pizza. I don't know how they even stay in business!

Super disappointed... used to order here every month. Went in to order, repeated myself several times, and still never got everything asked for. Then set waiting almost a hour to get a pizza and hot wings which we watched them box up put on the shelf and never give us till almost 40 minutes after being put on the shelf. Pizza barely warm by the time we finally got it. Super disappointed husband says no more when it takes a hour to get 1 pizza and wings.

Halloween night, after waiting..which was ok, I took home an ultimate pepperoni pizza, that had 18 pieces of pepperoni on a lg pizza..and 2 cheesy bread, which were so doughy they couldn't be ate..the cheese wasn't even melted inside. I expected to wait because it was busy, but also expected the food to be cooked. Only good thing was the garlic sauce!
