I use to really like this place but recently I've been having some problems with it. The last 3 visits I've attempted to make to this place have ended in me not ordering at all. Maybe 4 months ago I went on a Sunday afternoon to order 3 Beefriended Banh Mi's and the cashier said they didn't have beef. So I left. It sucked. No big deal. 3 months ago, I went late Sunday and the cashier said that the bread was frozen, right after taking a bahn mi order. If felt like the cashier just didn't want to take my order at all. And it was late Sunday afternoon, around 5 ish. Maybe it was slow and they just didnt want to take another order. I know what it's like to work. Fine. I go again this Monday, its around 3pm, I wanted to order bahn mi's to go as a late lunch because I had already had a long day and I didn't want to cook. I go back to this place and the cashier tells me to wait, so I do. I wait no less than 5 minutes and I ask for 3 Beefriended's to go and yet again, I'm told immediately that they're out of beef and that it will take 40 minutes to even get an order done. So this has happened to me 3x now. Bad luck and hard not to take it personally. I was a little bit rude bc I was so annoyed. So if they see this, I do apologize. It makes me wonder if this place simply no longer sells beef related meals. This used to be a great place to get great food and it's not anymore in my experience. I urge whoever manages it to get more employees and to pay them a higher wage, because why is a cashier making the sandwich in the first place? Their job is to take the order not make the order. I hope this place gets better but in the meantime, I won't be returning.

What can I say, I love Bahn Mi. Their Pho is great, sandwiches are delicious and smoothies are superb. Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you're getting. Service is friendly. Overall a great place to frequent.

Absolutely over this place!!!! We should of walked out the minute we noticed both the young workers at the front were high! This place needs to be shut down seriously! We had to have them fix our order over 3 times and still we get home and there is cilantro in our food after they reassured us that they don’t use cilantro and it’s Basil 😂 not only that but they didn’t toast our bread 🙄 so we got soggy 50$ sandwiches DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! they also cause another customer to over draft their account because she didn’t listen to the customers request of using the cash first and the rest on the card!
