This place is pretty lit. We came to get a giant piece of steak to share but it's not longer in the menu :(. Instead we shared the carnitas nacho which was yummy. Then the birria quesadilla is so juicy and meaty. The taco tropical (shrimp) is so good and juicy with fruits and shrimp. Highly recommend this place if you're with some friends. (We were able to just walk in an instantly get seated).

great food, great ambience, and great cocktails! just make sure you make a reservation or put yourself on the waitlist at least an hour before you're hoping to be seated. all the food we tried was fantastic, but be warned that the portions can be a little small for the price. highly recommend the ceviche to share as an appetizer - we shared among a group of 4. it has shrimp and octopus, and comes with copious amounts of tortilla chips. we also loved the taco tropical, chicken empanadas, chile relleno, birria tacos, and chile relleno. as for cocktails, you can't go wrong with any of them - a classic margarita or an adventurous sour milk cocktail are both good ways to go! for dessert, we shared the flan and it was delicious - so sweet and creamy!

Fun vibe with some stand out dishes but a little overrated in my opinion 🤷🏽♀️ Standouts were the fried chicken tacos 🐓 🌮 and cricket tostadas 🦗 The arugula salad was simple yet tasty (you’d hate to see a miss here) 😌 I’d go again but wouldn’t wait more than 15 minutes for a table 💅🏽

Loló is a bit pricey, but it is worth it! Their fish tacos are some of the best that I have ever eaten. They have a wonderfully balanced flavor with an embrace of acidity that I find utterly addicting. I also tried the ceviche and empanadas, which both impressed me with their flavors. The chips were a bit hard, but also free so no complaints there! The staff were quite friendly and attentive! Loló is now on my shortlist of favorites to dine at when in San Francisco.

Tuesday 5:30 should be fine unless there is something else going around at that side of town.
Both are not as sweet as most places in the city serve them. The Margarita is sweeter.
